My name is Cap (thecap.eth), and I'm an active member and delegate within the ENS DAO. I'm also the founder of Namespace — a leading ENS Ecosystem project (also a Service Provider grant recipient) offering ENS name and subname management plus a developer toolkit for easy ENS integration. With over two years of dedicated service in ENS DAO and recent recognition as an OP Builder grant recipient, I'm excited to deepen my involvement with Optimism DAO.I'm committed to the principles of decentralization and the significant role of public goods in the blockchain ecosystem. My work with Namespace and my contributions to the ENS DAO resonate strongly with Optimism's objectives, and I'm eager to bring my expertise and enthusiasm to further these goals as a delegate. The Optimistic Vision’s focus on supporting public good projects and enhancing community impact through blockchain technology inspires me. My experience in fostering public goods, particularly in open-source software (including Namespace), positions me to actively contribute and be an advocate for this vision within the DAO.My formal background is in software development and international business, I've been in crypto for over 6 years now, and have been around DAOs since their inception. These skills, combined with my ability to engage and educate the community, equip me to effectively contribute to the Optimism DAO. I also bring a unique perspective through my passion for web3 music, art, and occasional writing about Web3 space on my Mirror page: https://mirror.xyz/thecap.eth.I'm enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve as a delegate in the Optimism DAO and am committed to representing our community’s values and objectives.I love meeting new people in the space, so if you want to connect and chat, you can always find me on Twitter: https://twitter.com/TheCapHimself or Warpcast: https://warpcast.com/thecap.eth
